Glen spent three years honing his skills as an assistant trainer before stepping into his current leadership role, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and industry insight to the team. His résumé includes working alongside some of Australia’s top trainers and a lifetime spent immersed in all aspects of horsemanship.

As the son of premiership-winning trainer Vic Thompson, Glen’s affinity for horses has been part of his story from day one. In his new capacity, he’ll drive fresh innovation and further success across our training operations—we can’t wait to see what he achieves in the season ahead.
